// Psychometric instruments

What you see, you can care for.

mytochi measures what gives or takes energy: how you see yourself, the relationships you live in, and the conditions you work under. And for organizations, the human side they run on: culture, behavior, and readiness for change. Measured properly, interpreted through published research, revisited over time.

// For you

Relationship with Yourself

How you treat yourself when no one is watching.

Four weeks of your life, read back to you: in which areas your sense of worth stands firm and where it rides on how things go, how you guard what is private, and how far you let others in. Twenty minutes, anonymous, no account. You leave with a picture of yourself you can actually use.

// For your organization

COMPASS

Where your change is held up, and by what.

Twenty-one statements, four minutes per person, run in waves before, during and after a transformation. The report does not stop at “readiness is low”. It shows on which level it breaks: whether people lack the means, the trust, or the capacity, and after the next wave, whether what you changed worked.

Mindset & Habits Map

What drives you, what drains you, and what you actually do.

Seven areas of working life side by side: how you go at challenges, why you do your work, what it gives back, where your energy goes, whether your goals are your own, what you value and where you are heading. Each one twice: what you believe, and what you did in the past four weeks. The gap between the two is often the most useful line in the report.

For yourself, or for your whole organization: employees see their own map, the organization sees the patterns across teams.

// What you gain
/01

Identify patterns

See what single answers hide: what clusters, what repeats, and what drives what.

/02

Understand impact

Know why a pattern matters and what it predicts, grounded in published research.

/03

Release potential

Turn readings into action, and let the next wave show whether it worked.

// How it works

Four steps. Repeatable.

/01

Answer

Statements about the past four weeks. Not who you are, what actually happened.

/02

Read

Each area shows a level and a load, explained in plain language and tied to research.

/03

Keep

Results are anonymous by default. Create an account if you want to keep them. No name required.

/04

Revisit

Measure again after a change. The second wave is where the reading becomes useful.

Period, not trait. A different four weeks can legitimately look different.
You against you. Readings compare your areas with each other, not you with other people.
No diagnosis. Patterns and loads are evaluated, never the person.
Your data. Only you can see your results. Organizations see aggregates, never individuals.
// Grounding

Built to be validated.

Every instrument draws on established theory. Relationship with Yourself builds on the contingencies of self-worth framework for self-esteem and on Communication Privacy Management theory for how people manage boundaries and disclosure. COMPASS builds on research into job demands and resources, self-determination, perceived organizational support, organizational justice, and the psychological contract. The Mindset & Habits Map builds on achievement goal theory, self-determination theory, the job demands-resources model, goal-setting theory and person-organization fit. Every item belongs to a defined construct, every score is computed from one shared source, and readings stay comparative within a person until norm data exist.

Energy, the one thing mytochi shows in green, is what the pillars add up to.

Who we are is shaped less by what happens to us than by how we appraise it. Everything we encounter in a day is appraised continuously, and each appraisal has a cost or a yield. mytochi exists to make that budget measurable, for you or for your organization.
